Do you require assistance using a computer, researching a topic, downloading an eBook or starting a genealogy search? Or would you like to learn how to use ReferenceUSA or other online resources? If so, the “Book a Librarian” service is designed just for you! You will get to spend one hour with a reference librarian who can provide you with personal research assistance on a topic of your choosing, including library resources of interest to small business owners.
Sessions are held either at a table or public computer in the Library, with the possibility of the computer lab or a study room also being used. Time and place are determined between you and the librarian who is giving the session. Sessions are one hour in length. Reservations require 48 hour advance notice and are dependent upon staff availability. Contact the Reference & Reader Services Department to make your reservation by phone at 815-327-2515 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
